... to our new build project at Reutterstrasse 51, located in a beautiful, quiet, lushly green corner of Munich-Laim. Our property is very well connected in terms of transport technology, both by car, bicycle, and public transport. Starting in summer 2019, we are building four individual, modern semi-detached houses with garages on an almost 1,100 m² plot of land, set to become townhouses in the green. The completion of our Lifestyle Laim project is planned for the end of December 2020, with guaranteed completion by the end of March 2021.
Realise your dreams of living in the city or create a stable investment for a solid pension. Investment in real estate is considered crisis-proof example of a non-cash asset and a protection against inflation. Taxes can also be saved with investment properties.
Our in-house team of architects with extensive, decades-long experience with the planning and construction of several hundred condominiums and houses is available to you to help you with the custom design and outfitting of your new home.
With WOHNFORM WOHNBAU GmbH you have an effective, second-generation family-run property developer at your side. We are looking forward to celebrating our 40th anniversary in 2020.
Your satisfaction is our goal.
Laim was originally a rural town and the old town centre can still be seen around St. Ulrich's Church. Laim consists of the localities of Friedenheim and Ortisei. Laim borders the Schwanthalerhöhe in the east and Pasing in the west. Sendling-Westpark and Hadern are other parts of the city that share a border with Laim. Laim lies between the railway line and the Lindau A96 motorway to the north and south.
Laim shines with the hustle and bustle along Landsbergerstrasse and Fürstenrieder Strasse. At the same time, the district remains quiet, idyllic and village-like in character – a mix that makes the district very attractive for numerous homeowners and rental tenants. Here on the one hand you can find cooperative apartment buildings, and on the other hand you'll also see modern multi-storey residential complexes. Laim is known for its beautiful single-family detached housing estates with terraced houses, semi-detached houses and standalone villas. Houses from the Wilhelminian era can be found in the southwest. In the north there is a row of small houses with beautiful facades and nice gardens. The settlement of Laim owes its creation to the world-famous architect Theodor Fischer, who devised one of the world's first terraced house settlements in 1910.
The district of Laim belongs to the Bavarian state capital of Munich and is regarded as a very pretty and popular residential area. In the Laimer Anger town centre you can spend relaxing hours outdoors or visit various events such as the carnival, the maypole festival or the Advent market. The former Protestant church has become a community cultural centre. The Bürgerertreff Laim e.V. organizes exhibitions, cabaret, theatre, music and civic events in this space. In addition, the “Neues Rex” cinema, renovated in the summer of 2016, offers lots of entertaining films with modern sound and picture quality. The Laim library features a beautiful reading garden and inviting interior design and is a popular spot. Regular exhibition openings and courses are also offered here in cooperation with the adult education centre. Life is really good in Laim!
Our architectural concept is derived on the one hand from the scale of development on the neighbouring properties, and on the other hand from our commitment to contemporary, modern architecture.
Here the two building structures are slightly different in size, both in terms of footprint and the proportions of the eaves and roof-ridge heights. Therefore slightly different facades for each house develop from slightly different floor plans.
The gable walls in the developed loft spaces are set back by a row of stone masonry while the outer walls on the upper floor are raised until there is a rectangular outer wall area on the ground and upper floors set apart from the triangular gable wall. This is reinforced and emphasised by the a gable surface with a contrasting colour palette.
Window frontages wrapping around building corners allow for beautiful views from the kitchen. Generous glazing in the living rooms, especially with the provision of glazed sliding doors, connects inside and outside spaces while the wood-decked terraces create a comfortable summer atmosphere. The modern look is underlined by box-shaped gutters, roofing in titanium zinc and large-format, contrasting plasterwork surfaces.
Although the two structures are somewhat different, they use the same formal language to form a harmonious whole across the overall ensemble.
One of these individual semi-detached houses in our Lifestyle Laim townhouses could very well become your new dream home.
