Our new construction project in Erftstadt-Liblar just outside of Cologne offers the ideal place to live and live. The house offers a total of eleven residential units and twelve outdoor parking spaces. Apartments, two- and three-room apartments and penthouse apartments are available as apartment types.

Each unit has a parking space. Bicycle parking spaces are also available. The street at Ziegelacker is a quiet residential street in the heart of Erftstadt-Liblar.

Most of the parking spaces are located behind the building. There is also a communal green area with a children's play area at the rear of the property.

The apartments on the ground floor have a terrace with a green strip, some of which can also be reached from the outside via a garden gate. The apartments on the upper floor all have a balcony or a roof terrace.

  The bathrooms (mostly with windows) have high-quality sanitary amenities and fittings as well as accent tiling with large-format tiles. A floor-level shower is of course also standard.

  We rely on follow-up cost-optimized building services. The house is heated using an air heat pump and each apartment has its own water heating system using the latest electronic instantaneous water heaters.
• The ground-level facts
  The floor covering is also included. We offer you a proven and durable design floor covering as standard. And the individually controllable underfloor heating makes it really cozy. Parquet is possible as a special request.

Relaxed location

Not only centrally located and in close proximity to the two major cities of Cologne and Bonn, Erftstadt borders directly on the Rhineland Nature Park. In addition to extensive footpaths and cycle paths, the numerous Ville lakes offer a wide range of recreational and leisure activities.

The advantages of the landscape and the very good urban infrastructure with city administration, schools, various public facilities and diverse shopping facilities determine the quality of life in Erftstadt and especially in the Liblar district.

Many people from the surrounding cities are still drawn to Erftstadt. Commuters like to use the train station in Liblar with an extensive Park & ​​Ride facility to be in Cologne comfortably and stress-free in about 16 minutes. The good transport connections to the A1 and A61 as well as the A553 and the federal road 265 (Luxemburger Straße) to Cologne contribute to the success of the Erftstadt-Liblar residential area.

The B 265 (Luxemburger Straße) serves as a feeder to the next motorway exit of the A 1/61, which is located directly at the end of the town and then leads to the other large district of Erftstadt-Lechenich. A bus stop is only about a 4-minute walk from the property with a direct connection to the train station in Liblar, so you can be mobile without a car.
