THE PROJECT.

VILLA FLAIR is being built at a prominent Langenfeld-Reusrath location – 9 high-quality condominiums, an elevator and underground parking. You benefit twice: once because of the lower energy costs and once again because of these lucrative funding opportunities.

PARKING SPACES.

FOR 2 AND 4 WHEELS.

A total of 8 underground parking spaces are available at VILLA FLAIR, available for optional purchase. The underground garage door is opened by an electrically operated door drive. Each underground parking space receives a lockable charging socket (16 amps/230 volts). Condominium No. 1 is assigned a garage with a parking space directly in front. There are 4 additional outdoor parking spaces available, which can be acquired for exclusive use. The outdoor parking spaces are provided with a bollard barrier. A communal, lockable bicycle box with lighting is available for storing your bicycles.

You can reach your light-flooded condominium as well as the basement area and the underground garage (residential units 2-9) easily and comfortably by elevator.
