VERO is particularly energy-efficient: built to Efficiency House 40 standard, it requires approximately 60% less primary energy than the reference building of the Building Energy Act (GEG 2020).
Thus VERO creates a sustainable and permanently energy-saving residential quarter. Initial investment costs are offset by potentially lower consumption costs in the long term.
For the funding programme "Climate-friendly new build" (loan no. 297), funding possibilities may exist if individual requirements are met.
