An upscale residential area with many affluent households to the east of Munich: anyone who can and wants to enjoy the state capital in all its urbanity yet desires some distance from the hustle and bustle of the city lives in Trudering. Trudering offers the best of town and country. Speaking of land: you don't have to leave your neighbourhood to go for a walk in the forest. Quiet and perfectly connected

It couldn't be quieter: Gottschalkstrasse is a short, 216-metre cul-de-sac with only 20 addresses, from which three short side streets branch off. Gottschalkstrasse is home for only a few residents and, as a dead end, is particularly devoid of through traffic – neighbourhood peace and quiet prevails here.

From here you can access public transport easily: the Trudering S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations are only 8:42 minutes by foot from your front door on foot – we tested it! Of course you can also get on the 185 bus at the “Nikolaus-Prugger-Weg” bus stop, 250 metres away, and get to Trudering station in just four minutes.

From there, the U2 takes you to Ostbahnhof in six minutes and Hauptbahnhof in 20 minutes (with the S4 or S6 it's only ten-minutes' travel from Trudering train station to Hauptbahnhof).

If you prefer to use the car: it's only 4.5 minutes from Gottschalkstrasse 4 to the P+R car park "Trudering-Nord". With this connection – already picture perfect – it's not surprising that you can be on the A99 in just 11.5 minutes by car and on the A94 in just six minutes.
