This new build project - with 77 condominiums - on the Pegnitz plains in the urban district of Muggenhof, is being built in a particularly convenient location. In the first of four planned construction phases, the approximately four hectare site of the former VAG tram depot will be converted into a modern residential area with a total of more than 300 residential units. There are numerous restaurants, supermarkets and shops for daily errands along Muggenhofer Strasse and Fürther Straße that runs parallel to it.
When it comes to quality of life, Muggenhof doesn't have to hide either: thanks to the nearby Pegnitz meadows, cyclists, joggers and walkers can quickly find themselves in the countryside. With further planned residential areas and attractive commercial offers along Fürther Straße, the west of Nuremberg is on the way to becoming one of the most popular residential areas in Nuremberg.
