Impressive – Through its clear lines as well as the use of many different and appealing materials, our new build project creates a modern and contemporary impression. During the planning process, special attention was naturally given to ensuring that access to the building and the condominiums is barrier-free. The concept of quality of life and comfort runs throughout our new build project and is reflected in numerous carefully considered details. A place with history
History – This place has a story to tell. As a tribute to the former Renningen mill once located here, the new development beside the main entrance will feature the historic mill wheel.
The mill – then owned by Hirsau Monastery – was first mentioned as early as 1135. Until 2019, the property operated together with an organic mill shop and café.
A senior residence is now being created here that will provide many people with comfort and security in a new home.

Support services, household assistance and the care of residents are provided by MeVita Pflegedienst GmbH. MeVita is also responsible for the overall operation of the building.
