We are building two buildings for you with a total of 60 condominiums. Overall, this is a multigenerational residential project that connects people – in house 1, you will find senior condominiums designed specifically for the challenges of later life, while house 2 mainly offers homes for families, couples and singles.

Modern – The term “senior homes” stands for a needs-based and contemporary form of living for older people. All condominiums are barrier-free accessible and fully tailored to the needs of seniors. With our assisted living concept, we offer older residents an independent life within their own familiar home together with a wide range of tailored and individual care and support services that can be utilised whenever needed. For residents, this means they can remain permanently in this home environment without the need for another move.
Qualified care staff are present in the building 24 hours a day to provide support and care. This ensures a high level of continuity combined with personal attention. A comprehensive emergency call system provides security around the clock. Support services, household assistance and the care of residents are provided by MeVita Pflegedienst GmbH. MeVita is also responsible for the overall operation of the building.

Waldenbuch is also famous for the renowned Ritter Sport chocolate shop, the chocolate exhibition and the chocolate workshop.
