Sustainably designed, attractively located and architecturally sophisticated, residential ensemble Aspelohe impresses with its energy-efficient design and modern Bauhaus-style architecture. We are building a residential complex consisting of a total of 105 units on a large plot of land directly at the Hamburg city limits.

The concept behind Aspelohe emerged victorious from a review process launched by the 'Stadtentwicklungsausschuss' (Urban Development Committee).
