This also minimizes many uncertainties and fears for the future because we, as advisors, were able to ask a 100-year-old oak tree on the property what we need to do to reconcile building and nature conservation. And how you have to create a safe place to feel good for over 100 years.

Because both home and nature are existential for us humans, we have set ourselves the task of combining both with this project.

After purchasing the property, it quickly became clear that if sufficient housing was to be created, most of the trees on the property would have to be felled.

In intensive collaboration with our team of architects and a team of tree experts, an exciting way was found to preserve trees and at the same time create high-quality, future-proof housing.

In one year of preparation, an approximately 100-year-old oak tree and a chestnut tree were placed on the property. You think it doesn't work... we thought so too at first, but we can now proudly say it works!
