Architecture
The architecture of the buildings is characterised by a distinctive polygonal structure with stepped upper floors, generous window surfaces and a special façade design made from high-quality thermally treated ash wood combined with clinker brick slips.
The buildings are constructed using sustainable timber hybrid construction and meet the Efficiency House 40 standard. Solid timber walls on the upper floors are a central component of this concept, representing a forward-looking and energy-efficient alternative to conventional solid construction. Location description
