And this is where our new living concept fits in. EASTFIVE is alive and varied. The building not only adapts to its surroundings with its five different facades, but also combines lifestyle, cultural diversity and work in a coexistence of contrasts close to the European Central Bank.
This district is changing faster than any other in Frankfurt. One reason for this are the twin towers of the European Central Bank (ECB) on the former site of the Grossmarkthalle. Between old established greengrocers, more and more hip bars and restaurants are making their way to Ostend. The contrasts between new and old are also reflected in the area-typical architecture, which has been brought together from a variety of styles – chic solitaires, older buildings, greened balconies, stylish apartment blocks – the contrasts could hardly be greater.
