The residential ensemble forms the pinnacle in the northern part of the quarter, where the Teltow Canal flows leisurely into the Dahme. Thanks to its slight hillside location, the spacious property offers an unforgettable view over the water - to the old town of Köpenick.

With BUWOG Dahmebogen, the architects have designed a unique building ensemble: A tower building forms the striking entrance to the entire district and is connected to an apartment building via a bridge structure. This limits the BUWOG Dahmebogen towards Regattastrasse. There are also three classic, elegant city villas that are aligned in an arc to the water and another L-shaped house.

A high-quality and stylish facade concept emphasizes the elegant city villa architecture: the timeless white plaster facades alternate with reddish and yellow clinker brick slips. Classic architectural elements such as cornices and low balustrades on the balconies structure the facades. Timeless and relaxed - and still metropolitan.

The spacious, open and yet quiet outdoor facilities with a courtyard character are planted in a variety of ways and offer you various seating and retreat options - also with a view of the Dahme. By the way, the energy for the heating comes from the district's own energy center, where combined heat and power plants generate heat and electricity in a particularly energy-efficient and consumption-oriented manner. This lowers the fuel requirement and reduces CO₂ emissions. All roofs in the BUWOG Dahmebogen will also be extensively greened.
