A house is built, but a home is formed

The comfortable condominiums have sizes of approx. 65 m2 with two rooms and 90/120 m2 with three rooms. Singles, couples and small families will find a beautiful new home in the right size with us.

The timelessly elegant facades in combination with the fine projections and recesses on the windows give these distinctive buildings their own touch.

To round off the high demands of modern, upscale living, you will find some of the defining style elements of the facade in the stairwells. The green private garden areas on the ground floor are demarcated with ornamental hedges. The terraces and large balconies are mainly on the south/west side and are designed to ensure undisturbed relaxation.

Due to the positioning of the building, all apartments are flooded with light and sun. There is a spacious underground car park under the building. There is also a “private” cellar room for each apartment on the ground floor. The basement with the underground car park can be easily reached from all apartments via an elevator.

It is very important to us that you look forward to your new home during the planning phase and for this reason we coordinate many details with you in advance so that a domicile is created according to your wishes.

Before the construction work you have the following options:

• You can help design floor plans individually
• You choose, among other things: Tiles and sanitary fittings according to your wishes
• You choose your desired floor covering (tiles, wood, etc.) in all rooms.

If you have any special requests regarding wallpaper, colors or electrical installation, we will be happy to take this into account, because our goal is maximum residential comfort and therefore quality of life for you.

In the apartments no. 6, 14 and 16 that are still available, the floor coverings, tiles, bathrooms, doors and painting work can still be individually selected and sampled. It is currently also possible to change the floor plan for the two penthouse apartments.

Spend your time in the beautiful nature of the Voreifel or with a coffee within the intact city walls of Ahrweiler with its picturesque half-timbered houses. Visit the best-preserved Roman villa north of the Alps, the former government bunker in Dernau or a Roman iron smelter in the forest near Ramersbach. Look from Landskrone, Neuenahrer Berg, Bunte Kuh, Krausberg, Are Castle, Saffenburg or Steinerberg and enjoy the wonderful view of the Ahr Valley, the Eifel and the Bay of Cologne.

Bad Neuenahr is an ideal starting point for many activities. From here you can go on long hikes or bike tours in the Ahr Valley. Numerous well-known wine villages along the Ahr, the wild daughter of the Rhine, offer a colorful program of ostrich taverns and wine festivals. Pinot Noir is the central focus of winemakers on the Ahr, but Riesling, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir and several other grape varieties are also grown here.

Short routes, everything is there

Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler is “the city of two hearts” because there are two city centers: the modern Bad Neuenahr with its spa facilities, clinics, shops and restaurants and the medieval Ahrweiler, with equally good shopping and restaurants. However, the character of the two centers could not be more different and can hardly be found in this combination again. Both share a quality of life and well-being in the middle of the city and yet so close to nature.

The Nachtigallenschlag is only approx. 700 meters away from the center and the parks of the city of Bad Neuenahr. Here you not only have access to all the shopping opportunities with a variety of shops, but also an optimal infrastructure for your health: In addition to the spa facilities (spa, spa park, spa treatments), there are numerous doctors and specialized clinics here. In hardly any other city is the density of doctors and clinics as high as in Bad Neuenahr. A perfect place to cultivate your own well-being and maintain your health.
