These single-family detached houses have four storeys: on the street side ground floor you'll find a hallway, guest toilet, kitchen and the spacious living-dining room. Through this zone you can also reach the terrace, located at a lower garden level, via an outside staircase. The garden level is fully developed as standard - a laundry room, storage room and hobby room help keep life practical. A shower bathroom, a sauna and a guest area are also possible here. Due to the developer's wealth of experience in house building, we can make various floor plans possible for you on special request.

The Sonnenhang Burscheid new build project is located along Adolph-Kolping-Straße, directly adjacent to the town center, 250 m from the main shopping street. You can reach the supermarkets in a few minutes on foot or by car, or head to the bakery on foot on Sundays. Kitas, three primary schools and the Johannes Löh comprehensive school are located in Burscheid itself - further secondary schools can be found in the surrounding municipalities of Leverkusen, Wermelskirchen, Leichlingen or Odenthal. The connection to bigger towns and cities is good - in 30 minutes you can reach Cologne city center via the A1, and a well-developed bus network including a night bus ensures a safe return even after late-night celebrations. The building plot itself is located on a green slope at the edge of a small housing estate, in which the Sterntaler daycare center is located. The gardens are unobstructed and can be accessed by a small footpath.

Burscheid - a great setup! Along with the neighboring town of Leverkusen, with its own motorway connection to the A1, Burscheid connects the Rhineland with the Bergisches Land. With more than 19,000 inhabitants, Burscheid has a well-functioning town center with shops, restaurants, medicine and culture. There is also plenty of sport on offer - the Vitalbad is a swimming pool within walking distance of the construction project and numerous sports clubs for young and old invite you to have a fun and healthy life.

Relax at the end of the day with hikes along the Bergisches Weg, through the Odenthal game reserve or along the surrounding reservoirs - take a look around, it's worth it!
