Location

The S130 LIVING project is being developed on a sunny plot at the western edge of Fasanerie. The surrounding area is characterised by detached and semi-detached houses as well as mature tree-lined streets. A particular highlight is the proximity to the bathing lakes Feldmochinger See, Fasanerie See and Lerchenauer See, all known for their excellent water quality and popular recreational value. All three can be reached by bicycle in under 10 minutes.

The area benefits from excellent transport connections, allowing quick access to Munich city centre, motorways and major ring roads. The S-Bahn station “Fasanerie” (S1) is within walking distance and provides fast connections to the city and airport. For everyday needs, a wide range of shops, supermarkets and local retailers are located nearby along Lerchenauer Straße and Feldmochinger Straße.
