What is a PMB home?

PMB stands for price-reduced rental housing.
You purchase a new build apartment with social responsibility and the following conditions:

• Mandatory initial rental price of €16.80 per sqm
• Rental to households with a maximum permitted household net income (rent burden at least 30% of household net income)
• Rent increases possible in accordance with legal regulations and based on the Munich rent index (graduated rent excluded)
• Owner-occupancy termination possible after 20 years according to legal regulations
• Compliance with these obligations for a period of 30 years

A visionary quarter in Munich-Feldmoching
