We are building for you:

You can determine the outfitting of your apartment individually, with the information in the building description serving as a base price.

As far as construction progress allows, we will also try to adapt the floor plan to your individual needs.

Location

The location's village character is noticeable not only in lifestyle but also in living. There are many one- and two-family houses here, most of them with spacious gardens. A nice example of this is the villa colony between the old village centre and the forest cemetery.

And by bike you can be in the country in a quarter of an hour. The old farming village of Großhadern is now modern. In addition to the clinic, the genetics center, the university and other companies have settled here in recent years.

Resident families will find an intact infrastructure in the quarter. Shopping, school, sports – everything just around the corner. The U6 "Haderner Stern" offers connection to the city centre - only 200 m away from our residential building.
