Perlach is a mature district in the east of Munich with a strong tradition. The proximity to Munich's city centre and the many advantages right on the doorstep are convincing. Extensive green areas, the idyll of the “Perlacher Forest” or the nearby Ostpark with the adjoining, popular Michaelibad offer excellent recreational value and a high quality of life.
