The 3-storey apartment building benefits from the clear structure of the facade. The apartments impress with their successful combination of light, exclusivity and optimal use. The effect of the floor-to-ceiling windows with the fine subdivision is underlined by the transparent balcony parapets. Colours, shapes and materials are coordinated with one another. A special atmosphere is created in the penthouse apartments.

The construction

The building will be constructed in solid masonry and meets all the requirements of GEG 2020. Foundations and floor slab made of reinforced concrete. The outer walls and the load-bearing inner walls are made of sand-lime brick or reinforced concrete. The floors are made of reinforced concrete. The storey stairs are also made of reinforced concrete. A thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) is applied to the exterior masonry.
