This new build project is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the Mörsenbroich district north of Dusseldorf. Dusseldorf-Mörsenbroich and the neighboring Dusseldorf-Rath are popular and lively districts. Here residents live, shop and go about their everyday errands – Westfalenstraße, which offers a colourful range of shops for daily necessities, pubs and restaurants, is approx. 10 minutes' walk away.
