Joint building project in Berlin Weißensee
The Project
Contemporary architecture and well thought-out floor plans for singles, young couples and families - that is "LANGHANS24". The new joint building project in Berlin-Weißensee is being designed and supported by SmartHoming (project development) and the architectural office zanderroth gmbh.
Adjacent to the lively Prenzlauer Berg district, a new building project is being built on the 2,400 square meter property on Langhansstrasse. The construction community Langhansstraße 24 GmbH & Co. KG is implementing the construction project with modern houses around a shared green garden courtyard. 47 condominiums and one commercial unit are being built in three new buildings and one existing building with 3, 4 and 6 floors - a relaxed retreat with lots of sun, air and greenery in the middle of the city!
The Building Ensemble
Three modern and different building typologies with a front building (House 1), a garden house (House 2) and three townhouses (House 3) characterize this contemporary new building project. There will be 47 residential units of different sizes. The selection ranges from 2-room apartments with around 44 m² of living space, garden apartments with up to 95 m² of living space, to townhouses with private gardens with an area of around 130 m² and a penthouse with around 175 m². The Apartments
