Hattersheim am Main, with its roughly 28,000 inhabitants, is located in the south Hesse Main-Taunus district – central in the Rhine-Main area between Frankfurt, Mainz, and Wiesbaden. Hattersheim is thus optimally connected to the transport infrastructure of the Rhine-Main region. In the northwest near the construction site is the A66 (Hattersheim) and in the northeast the B40 airport bypass (Hattersheim Ost).
The Hattersheim (Main) station provides walking distance and direct connections from Frankfurt to Wiesbaden. The S1 line of the Rhine-Main S-Bahn stops here. In addition, Eddersheim has a station on the Taunus railway. Five bus lines operate in Hattersheim, connecting the town and station with their circular routes.
The development borders directly on the Voltastraße local center with extensive shopping options, bakery, drugstore, pharmacy, fitness studio, bank, etc. Within the development itself, a local supplier and kindergarten are planned. This makes the infrastructure for shopping, transport, and nature a top location.
