Location description

This high-quality new build project is located in the center of Bad Heilbrunn in a very quiet location with good connection to the town's infrastructure.

The climatic health resort Bad Heilbrunn with its approximately 4000 inhabitants is located at one of the northernmost bulges of the Alps in southern Bavaria. The Stallauer Eck (1213 m) is one of the nearest mountains alongside Zwiesel (1348 m) and Blomberg (1248 m). The town is nestled between the Isar and Loisach rivers and between the cities of Penzberg to the west and Bad Tölz to the east.

Bad Heilbrunn offers you shopping facilities for daily needs (REWE) as well as schools, rehabilitation clinic, sports center, kindergarten and much more.

In October 2009, the "Herb Adventure Park" with more than 400 different wild and medicinal herbs was opened in the spa park. The most frequently used local swimming facility is the Schönauer Weiher, a natural and free-to-use peat lake with showers and changing cabins. There are other peat lakes in the area. A climbing garden with difficulty levels from 2 to 7 is also located near the town and can be used year-round. Furthermore, Bad Heilbrunn is home to one of the largest fitness centers in the Bavarian Upper Bavaria region in the business park, the "Vitarea" with sauna landscape and beach volleyball court.

For recreational sports, Bad Heilbrunn offers the sports of football for senior and youth teams, skiing for all age groups, gymnastics, tennis and cardiac sports group under the leadership of SV Bad Heilbrunn - founded in 1959. Ice stock sport with 2017 modernized, paved summer stock sport lanes is offered by EC Bad Heilbrunn.

Via the Garmisch motorway (A95) you can comfortably reach the state capital Munich (approximately 50 km). If you prefer to travel by train, you can use the Bavarian Oberland Railway (BOB) from Bad Tölz or Deutsche Bahn from Bichl and Penzberg.
