The architecture

The house gains through the clear structure of the facade. The large windows with the fine subdivision underline the harmonious character. Colours, shapes and materials are coordinated.

The construction

The house is being built in solid masonry and has a full basement. Thermal insulation is in accordance with the Building Energy Act 2020 (GEG 2020). Foundations and floor slab in concrete. The outer walls and the load-bearing inner walls are made of sand-lime brick.

The floor slabs consist of reinforced concrete slabs. The storey staircase is a filigree steel construction with attached wooden steps. A thermal insulation plaster is applied to the outer masonry to increase the thermal insulation value. The house entrance door system consists of plastic profiles with safety insulating glazing.
