On the approx. 6,732 m² grounds of the former Rheinhausen primary school, Wohnpark Rheinhausen is being developed in two construction phases.

Five architecturally refined buildings are being constructed around a central play and meeting area, offering a total of 77 condominiums and an underground parking garage. Rheinhausen

Nestled between the Black Forest, Kaiserstuhl, and Vosges mountains, the municipality of Rheinhausen lies in the northern Breisgau region and is home to approx. 4,300 residents. The village is made up of the now-merged areas of Niederhausen and Oberhausen. In recent years, a growing population has brought improved infrastructure across all areas of life.

Major investments include the new primary school, a community center with town hall and citizen services, a newly built kindergarten, and a central health center. Rheinhausen also features elderly care services, over 20 cultural and sporting clubs, a weekly market, and excellent local shopping options – making it one of the model towns in the region.

SPORT & LEISURE

Rheinhausen is surrounded by several stunning nature reserves, including the renowned Taubergießen wetlands with its diverse wildlife and flora. Public transport brings you to Herbolzheim station in just 10 minutes, with onward travel to Freiburg in 20 minutes, Basel in one hour to the south, or Karlsruhe to the north. School-age children can reach secondary schools in Herbolzheim or Kenzingen in under 20 minutes by bike or public transport.
