Bietigheimer Wohnbau GmbH is constructing in the heart of Steinheim an der Murr, directly by the locally known mammoth “Steppi”, a new service centre with commercial units (incl. police station, doctor’s practice, day care) and 31 condominiums.

Of the 31 condominiums, 23 are being built as barrier-free, assisted apartments, whose care will be provided by Kleeblatt gGmbH.
