The architectural language of the Pergolenviertel translates the Hamburger brickwork tradition into a modern form. Special stone arrangements divide the façade in a horizontal orientation, forming continuous bands with the formally integrated, tall window frontages. Characterful, inviting courtyard entrances with tall, rounded arches soften the borders between indoor and outdoor spaces. An ensemble with a special, communicative character – and, simultaneously, a distinct sense of individuality.

Superbly outfitted apartments of different sizes are grouped around the heart of the building: a large, open greened courtyard. Here there's room for meeting your neighbours and indulging in a spot of rest and recreation.
