Anyone wanting to move into the countryside thinks hard about natural environment and sustainability. And the ability to get to work quickly and then back home. We did, too: that's why the Norderstedt Mitte underground station, just 800 meters away, with an adjacent bus station, opens up the best possible connections in all directions. The underground line U1 even offers a direct connection to the center of Hamburg. To the north, the AKN line A2 provides a good connection also. Bus lines run from the station in the direction of Hamburg, Tangstedt, Quickborn and Wedel.
In addition to bus, train and underground access, the A7 motorway forms a direct north-south connection - even the North Sea and Baltic Sea are within reach. Local recreation areas such as the Lüneburg Heath are little more than an hour's drive from Norderstedt. Hamburg's city center, the Alster fountain, art, concerts, theater and gastronomic highlights are only half an hour away. The IKEA in Schnelsen and the Alstertal shopping center (AEZ) can be reached just as quickly. And if you really want to go really far away, you can be at Hamburg's Helmut Schmidt Airport in just 15 minutes.
In addition, the MOORBEKPARK project has developed its own, small-scale traffic concept with multiple sustainability factors. All underground parking spaces as well as personal bicycle parking spaces are equipped with their own lockable electrical socket. E-bikes as well as hybrid and electric vehicles can be charged here.
The townhouses have a direct separate entrance from the underground car park.
