How the client-builder model works

We plan, you take the lead.

We guide you through the purchase of a fully serviced plot, complete with all necessary permits—so you can start building straight away.

  • 01 – You decide to purchase a project from GARCHE Immobilien.
  • 02 – You arrange financing for your new home. We’re happy to assist if needed.
  • 03 – With notarial certification, you purchase a plot with an approved building permit.
  • 04 – In the same notary appointment, you sign a separate construction contract with a medium-sized general contractor selected by GARCHE Immobilien. They will handle turnkey delivery of your new home.
  • 05 – We accompany you throughout the process, from floor plan planning to the individual design of your home.
  • 06 – The general contractor begins construction.
