Between Nibelungenstraße and Senkelsgraben, your new, forward-looking residential quarter is being created in Cologne-Lind. Developed and realized by BPD, this construction project comprises a total of 65 quality terraced houses of the two house types LIV & ILMA. The names come from Scandinavian and mean "life" (LIV) and "air" (ILMA). They stand symbolically for the central elements of our climate protection settlement in Cologne-Lind. Here you live in a protected, green residential environment and enjoy the natural aspects of life – especially the good and fresh air influenced by the Wahner Heide.
Terraced house ILMA
The terraced house ILMA impresses families particularly with its distinctive pitched roof through its clear room layout. On the ground floor, a large living and dining area with open kitchen and access to the terrace as well as to the garden awaits you – ideal for shared time with the family or for receiving guests. On the upper floor, a well-thought-out room layout provides private retreats. Here everyone has their own realm – complemented by a family bathroom with daylight. Terraced house LIV
LIV doesn't stand for life here by coincidence in the entire design: the length of the rooms and the well-thought-out room layout create a clearly noticeable loft feeling. Large, open and long rooms characterize the appearance of this extraordinary terraced house. On a living space of around 136 square meters distributed over three floors, it offers plenty of freedom for development. On the ground floor a large, open living and dining area and on the upper floor two modern rooms plus bathroom – here no wishes remain unfulfilled.
