Underfloor heating as ideal complement
Underfloor heating with individual room control ensures cozy comfort, distributing warmth evenly across the entire floor area. Because of the lower flow temperature compared to conventional radiators, this heating type is also highly effective. This results in low operating costs, which can be reduced further by setting temperatures in individual rooms according to need. Allergy sufferers also benefit from underfloor heating, as there is no convection-driven dust circulation. Our underfloor heating is thus the ideal complement to the houses’ overall energy concept.
E-mobility
We also cater to growing e-mobility: the underground garage is prepped on site for a so-called load management system. This allows residents to conveniently charge their e-vehicles in the garage.
Mechanical ventilation for more comfort
Fresh air lets people breathe freely. In enclosed spaces it is quickly used up – especially when buildings are sealed to prevent heat loss. Regular ventilation is therefore essential. A comfortable and low-maintenance solution is demand-controlled mechanical ventilation.
With automatic room-by-room airflow control, only the required amount of air enters each space. In bathrooms, kitchens, laundry rooms, and WCs, where odors and moisture occur most, air is extracted. This means high comfort with minimal heat loss through ventilation.
High-quality outfitting
Our bathrooms are places of rest and relaxation, featuring large windows, modern tiles, timeless elegant fittings, and acrylic bathtubs with ultraflat showers to meet your design and comfort expectations.
In living and sleeping areas, oak parquet is installed. With our extensive range of flooring, wall colors, and door handles, you’re sure to find what you love. Decorative light switches add appealing accents.

Langweid am Lech is accelerating on the housing market. Located 15 km north of Augsburg on federal highway 2, state road 2033, and the Augsburg–Nuremberg rail line, and supported by forward-thinking location policies, the former Roman settlement has developed into an attractive municipality offering its approx. 8,000 residents numerous advantages. These include a rich range of leisure facilities, sports venues, shopping opportunities, and clubs. Unparalleled highlights are the nearby Augsburg Western Woods Nature Park, stretching across much of the Achsheim area, and the adjacent Sander Lakes recreation area. Pleasant living for a lifetime – that wish can be fulfilled in Langweid am Lech.
Langweid Village – the natural side of living
We are constructing, across several phases on Schmuttertalstraße, a total of ten apartment buildings with 104 condominiums, 30 semi-detached villas, and 30 terraced houses.
“Langweid Village” is the name we have given our development on approx. 40,000 m², and we spared no flourish in the branding. Why? Green living in the countryside with park-like grounds and fast metro connections is the hallmark of this new hub for the whole family. Add to that the environmentally conscious and energy-efficient construction in harmony with nature. “Langweid Village” shows the natural side of living amidst the flourishing economic region around Augsburg.
Within the municipality, Langweid Village stands out for its convenient location. Only minutes are needed to walk to the bakery, butcher, or supermarket, or to bring children to kindergarten or school. A medical center, pharmacies, hairdressers, ice cream parlors, beverage stores, banks, restaurants, and more are also on hand.
Four kindergartens and an equal number of nursery and mother-child groups, plus the primary and middle school (with full-day programs), ensure the best education and care for the little ones. Secondary schools are also nearby: Realschule Meitingen (8 km) and Gymnasium Gersthofen (8 km) are both easily reachable by public transport. For seniors, the location is also appealing (among other reasons due to the Lechauenhof nursing home with its renowned BeneVit care model and various senior living facilities).
The leisure offer – live where others vacation!
The impressive spectacle of nature and absolute peace: with the Augsburg Western Woods Nature Park on Langweid Village’s doorstep, these experiences can be easily integrated into everyday life. Another lovely “oasis” nearby is the Lech floodplain with its scenic floodplain meadows, home to the Sander Lakes. To the north of this lake area is the Lechfeld bathing lake with beach, lawns, and changing rooms.
A multimedia presentation of the Lech can be enjoyed at the Lechmuseum with its “main exhibit,” the historic hydroelectric power plant. Sports amidst green surroundings are hard to beat, but if you prefer a roof over your head, you’ll find excellent facilities at the triple sports hall, multipurpose hall, and swimming pool.
Art and culture along the lower Lech are not neglected either. With the local community library, you’re always up to date. The nearest venues for cultural events of all kinds are located in the neighboring municipalities of Meitingen (community hall and civic center) and Gersthofen (town hall).
