19 extraordinary condominiums are being built in the middle of Potsdam's historic city center. The Klosterkeller, a 300-year-old monument, are being carefully renovated and expanded to include a new building located in the quiet and sunny inner courtyard.
THE OLD BUILDING
In the front part of the building with the beautiful historic facade from 1736 and the associated side wings there are 11 old apartments, which, depending on the apartment, have typical characteristics such as double doors or very high room areas. In some areas, galleries were added or maisonette apartments were made possible.

THE NEW BUILDING
