Sustainability from the beginning
With a sustainable energy concept with district heating supply via a regional operator, we respond to the new energy-technical requirements and build HOFSTATTGÄRTEN as Efficiency House EH 55.
The signs point to e-mobility. Also in HOFSTATTGÄRTEN, the prerequisites for this type of mobility are created: structural preparations for the installation of charging stations are ready for the underground garage parking spaces.
Residents can then have a so-called "wallbox" installed by Munich municipal utilities for a one-time fee if needed.
