With a sustainable energy concept with district heating supply via a regional operator, we respond to the new energy technology requirements and build the HOFSTATTGÄRTEN as efficiency house EH 55.
The signs point to e-mobility. Also in the HOFSTATTGÄRTEN, the prerequisites for this type of transportation are created: structural provisions for the installation of charging stations are ready for the underground garage parking spaces.
Residents can then have a so-called "wallbox" installed by Stadtwerke München for a one-time fee when needed.
