The project

The architecture

The 3-storey apartment building benefits from the clear structure of the facade. The apartments impress with their successful combination of light, exclusivity and optimal use. The effect of the floor-to-ceiling windows with the fine subdivision is underlined by the transparent balcony parapets. Colours, shapes and materials are coordinated with each other. A special atmosphere is created in the loft apartments.

The construction

The building will be constructed in solid masonry and meets all the requirements of GEG 2020. The foundations and floor slab will be made of concrete. The outer walls and the load-bearing inner walls are made of sand-lime brick or reinforced concrete. The floors and stairs are also made of reinforced concrete. They are covered with polished granite steps. A thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) is applied to the outer masonry.

The house entrance system made of light metal profiles and an insulating glass door made of safety glass has an electric door opener as well as a door closer and door holder.

The grounds

The driveways and sidewalks will be paved. The remaining plot area will be sown with lawn. Solitary trees and shrubs are planted.

• Living and sleeping areas as well as floorboards and corridors are given a floor covering based on a sample template with a matching skirting board.
