We started building houses J, K and L in early 2022. Completion will take place by the 3rd quarter of 2024. The crowning glory of Hafencity will be Haus H - the "Haus am Stadtplatz". All buildings have been completed to date or are about to be completed. This ensures a good mix of high-quality residential buildings with leisure facilities, cafés and commercial premises. A total of around 341 residential and commercial units will be built on the site. With the completion of the "Haus am Stadtplatz", expected at the end of 2025, the entire Hafencity Dresden area will come to an impressive and glamorous conclusion.
A very good connection to the motorway and local public transport networks as well as short distances to the city centre further increase the attractiveness of this location. The Neustadt train station is only a ten-minute walk away, the tram stops right in front of HafenCity and Dresden's famous old town can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot, preferably directly via the enchanting Elbe(rad)weg.
Also nearby you will find the baroque Königstraße with its upscale shopping facilities. But shops for everyday needs and, of course, schools such as the new Dresden-Pieschen grammar school as well as children's facilities and doctors are close to home and easily accessible.
