About the project
this construction project at Goetheallee 52–60 involves the renovation of five multi-family houses originally built in the early 1920s and refurbished in the mid-1950s. these rows of houses, featuring 20 units across three floors plus a developed attic level, include a spacious green area at the back with a playground and bicycle parking. each house has its own entrance and only one apartment per floor. each apartment also has a dedicated basement storage room.
the roof has been renewed to the latest energy standards. apartments from the ground floor through the second floor have new, large outdoor balconies facing the garden. the attic apartments each have a rooftop terrace.
heating is provided by a modern air-to-water heat pump. the roof is fitted with a photovoltaic system.
thanks to the high new energy standard, financing with a KfW loan of up to €120,000, including a repayment bonus, is possible.
the property is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2025.
