We have been building for you for 35 years! These houses will be delivered turnkey, including all utility connections, outdoor areas, access paths, and property fencing.

Various shopping opportunities are available along Wasserburger Landstraße. The PEP shopping center in Neuperlach is ideal for shopping on rainy days. Kindergartens and schools are nearby.

Trudering Forest, Ostpark with Michaelibad, a skate park, restaurants, and beer gardens provide leisure activities in the immediate vicinity. For weekend trips to the mountains or Munich Airport, there is a short connection via Haar junction to the A99 (eastern bypass).
