In the freely accessible, open-air 'inhalatorium', you can breathe in naturally salt-laden, humid air, exerting a positive influence on your well-being. Train on the 2.5 km fitness trail with 20 exercise stations through the Bad Wörishofener recreational forest.

A popular excursion destination in the vicinity is the Allgäu Skyline Park near Kirchdorf.

In the neighbouring towns of Mindelheim, Türkheim, Buchloe and Kaufbeuren there are secondary schools and high schools. The Sebastian Kneipp School and the Sebastian Kneipp Academy offer a good range of recognized training and further education in the health sector. Successful studies lead to the title of "Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)" at the "Steinbeis Business Academy".
Optimal connections to local and long-distance transport exist by train (via the Türkheim–Bad Wörishofen connection to Buchloe–Memmingen, direct connections to the ICE stop Augsburg HBF and to Buchloe.
