- Electricity is generated on green roofs via photovoltaic panels and used, among other things, to operate the groundwater heat pump
Invest in the future
Those who do not wish to live in CUBIO themselves – or not immediately – benefit from the advantages of a sustainable investment:
- CUBIO is realised as an Efficiency House 40 building, meaning a residential building with energy consumption reduced to 40% compared with a reference building. This qualifies for state and tax incentives for home purchases.
- For the first five years, buyers benefit from declining depreciation of 5% (normally 3%) under the new residential construction support programme if the property is not owner-occupied.*
