The two apartment buildings House G and H mark the beginning of the Aurain-Carré development. Electric blinds and shutters, a modern multimedia in-house network as well as digital door stations with camera and touchscreen ensure comfort and security.
A lift connects all floors barrier-free – from the underground garage to the top floor. A total of 23 underground parking spaces with wallbox preparation as well as 21 additional spaces in the district garage are available.
Each residential unit also includes a separate basement storage room, while practical storage areas for bicycles and prams in the basement complete the overall concept.
