In Travemünde, our residential park “Am Skandinavienkai” is being developed with ten houses of our “145 m² family happiness” model and four houses of our “120 m² living dream” model.

Your neighbourhood is planned with optimal aesthetics and functionality – from the individual house to the outdoor areas. The green and communal spaces are thoughtfully landscaped, creating opportunities for neighbourly interaction while also providing the necessary privacy for you.

For each project, we identify the most efficient energy supply solution. 120 m² living dream

The ground floor of your new home.

You enter a small hallway offering space for coats, jackets and shoes. Optionally, you can plan a guest WC here, which we will install for you. From the hallway, you step directly into the heart of your home: the spacious living and dining area with over 34 m² of floor space.

A few more steps and you reach perhaps the cosiest part of the house: the living area. It offers space for a sofa, coffee table, display cabinet or sideboard and the television. While sitting on your sofa, you look across the terrace into your own garden.

We equip the garden area with a paved terrace and a terrace storage unit where you can store garden tools and planting equipment. At the same time, the unit also serves as a privacy screen from neighbouring properties.

Moving on – to the upper floor.

Via the staircase in the living and dining area, you reach the upper floor. A hallway connects the bathroom, a utility room and either one large room or two medium-sized rooms.

Let’s start with the bathroom, which at 7 m² offers ample space for a washbasin, WC and shower. Naturally, you can design your bathroom exactly as you have always wanted, for example with a large walk-in rain shower. A window provides daylight and fresh air.

Close to the bathroom, you will also find the utility room. With 6.4 m², it offers space for your washing machine, broom, vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies, laundry and much more.

From the hallway, you then access either a large room of almost 24 m² or two medium-sized rooms of just under 12 m² each. These offer sufficient space, for example, for a large playroom or two children’s rooms, a spacious master bedroom or a smaller bedroom with walk-in wardrobe. As you can see, there are many ways to personalise your new home.

Up to the attic level of your new home.

The attic level offers countless options for individual design. You could plan a very large bedroom spanning the entire attic, or alternatively create space for a walk-in wardrobe, additional storage or a second bathroom to avoid morning congestion. Ventilation is provided via roof windows, which also flood the rooms with light.

145 m² family happiness.

Opposite the bathroom is a niche offering space for shelving or even a small workstation with a desk. On the other side of the hallway, a storage room of 2.33 m² hides vacuum cleaners, cleaning supplies and much more behind a door.

From the hallway on the upper floor, you also reach two rooms that are ideal as children’s rooms. However, many other uses are conceivable, such as a playroom and a children’s room, a master bedroom and a separate living room, and much more. We always offer many ways to personalise your new home exactly as you have imagined it.

Up to the attic level of your new home.

The attic level also offers countless options for personal design. A master bedroom, an additional children’s room, a storage room or an extra bathroom are all possible here. The loft space above the attic provides an additional 19 m² of storage for the many memories that accumulate over the course of family life.
