A studio is characterized by good exposure and rooms flooded with light: it is not for nothing that we called our preferred apartments studio apartments. All lounges in the apartments face south-west. Our studio building is designed for a "house within a house" concept. But what does that mean exactly? It combines the advantages of city living with the advantages of a house: the garden areas are particularly large, and the room layout with diverse zonings is also particularly special, tailored to the different needs of the family members: the private, almost seven metres-wide terraces and southwest orientation in combination with the adjacent large garden area is a special feature of the "house in the house" concept. There are four rooms and a gallery on two floors. This can be used as a work gallery and offers the possibility for two workstations. A guest toilet and a feel-good bathroom with daylight round off the overall concept.
Ride your bike to work in the morning and stroll around the old town a bit after work. Enjoy breakfast at the cathedral at the weekend and then do your weekly shopping in a relaxed manner - and all of this is in the immediate vicinity and can be reached quickly. Sport in the fresh air in the sports facilities in front of the front door or in the (new) indoor pool around the corner: that's living in the Quartier am Kunstpark.
