Sustainable Living in Bad Nauheim
In an attractive residential setting, a high-quality ensemble of 13 owner-occupied apartments is being developed, distributed across three architecturally distinct buildings with a shared underground garage. The project combines modern architecture with sustainable construction and a high energy standard. The aim is to create living space that is comfortable, cost-efficient and future-proof in the long term.
While the basement level and underground garage are constructed using solid building methods, the buildings from the ground floor upwards are realized in modern timber construction. This ensures a pleasant indoor climate, excellent energy performance and a sustainable CO₂ balance. All apartments feature private outdoor areas in the form of terraces, balconies or garden sections and offer well-designed layouts for a variety of lifestyles – from single households to families.
The result is a modern residential concept that combines high living quality, sustainability and long-term value stability.
