Location description
The project is located directly by the approximately 2-hectare Bert-Brecht-Park, offering immediate proximity to nature, recreation and spacious open areas. The quarter is designed around short distances, sustainability and a high quality of life.
The connections are excellent: tram lines 18 and 71, S-Bahn St. Marx as well as underground lines U3 and U1 are quickly accessible. The new tram line 18 is expected to provide a direct connection from Schlachthausgasse to the U2 by autumn 2026. Vienna Central Station can be reached in around 7 minutes by tram, Stephansplatz in approximately 20 minutes and Vienna Airport in around 30 minutes by car or rapid transit.
