Construction progress

The building permit was issued by the Fürth district authority on 19 February 2025, providing full planning certainty and allowing us to continue with detailed execution planning.

In March 2025, the construction site was completely cleared, enabling scheduled commencement of earthworks in July 2025. Completion of the basement ceiling above the underground car park will follow in the coming weeks. All residential buildings will receive the recognised Quality Seal for Sustainable Buildings (QNG) from an appointed auditor, thereby fulfilling the requirements for the attractive special tax depreciation of 5% p.a. in accordance with section 7b of the German Income Tax Act.
