Your very personal
Dream home comes true

Living on Wuppertal's southern heights

Wuppertal, the pearl of the Bergisches Land and its secret capital, is simply a very special spot to live. Here you can be at home, in the big city in the greenery with the best connections to the surrounding cities – and everything your heart desires, on site.

Overview

  • Living area 105 m2
  • 2 full floors
  • 1 converted attic
  • Sunny gardens through southwest orientation
  • Modern new build in solid construction
  • For each house garden & parking space
  • Ideally suited for families: 4 rooms, guest WC, daylight bathroom with bathtub & shower, comprehensive outfitting

Everyone likes to be together here:
In the open living-dining area, while cooking and in the garden

Ground floor

On the ground floor of the modern townhouses of the Stauffenberg Quintett, a spacious entrance area awaits you, welcoming you warmly.

The open design of this floor gives it a bright and friendly ambience and the large window areas provide plenty of light.

The kitchen invites you to cook together, and afterwards you, your family and your guests will find sufficient space for cozy meals in convivial company at the dining table. The rear area, which faces southwest, offers you enough space for your family couch and here you have the opportunity to relax in your living area.

From here you also reach your terrace, which impresses with plenty of space for chairs and table and merges into your own charming garden. Many barbecue evenings await you here. Also look forward to discovering your green thumb.

On the first floor there is privacy, wellness
And everything that makes everyday life easier

1st floor

The 1st floor of the excellently equipped townhouses of the Stauffenberg Quintett is entirely under the motto: everything important on one floor.

Here you will find a room with approximately 14 m2 that is particularly suitable as a master bedroom, and the daylight bathroom with a freestanding bathtub and separate shower. Perfect for relaxing!

In combination with the adjacent guest WC, everyday life functions perfectly. The utility room with connection possibility for washing machine and dryer also contributes to this.

The homely ambience of this floor is rounded off by the large window front, which ensures a bright and friendly atmosphere.

The attic with loft:
A little realm of its own

Attic

In the attic there are two almost equally sized rooms with approximately 13 m2 and approximately 11 m2 of space, which can be used as children's rooms, hobby rooms or also as work rooms for the home office. Here it is particularly cozy and thanks to the roof windows, both rooms are also well supplied with daylight.

The accessible loft can be used by you in many ways, e.g. as storage space for your personal belongings, so that your living spaces can always remain tidy and in best order, alternatively also as a hobby or sports room in your free time.

Big city in the greenery
With good connections to Rhine and Ruhr

Wuppertal

Representative of Wuppertal's charm is the widely known and famous suspension railway: for more than 120 years it has been both a functional means of transport and a landmark of the city. Since the official start in March 1901, the "steel-hard dragon" has connected the east and west of Wuppertal and became definitively world-famous when the young elephant lady Tuffi of Circus Althoff fell from the suspension railway into the Wupper in 1950 and remained almost uninjured.

Since the times of early industrialization, when it was one of the richest cities in Germany, Wuppertal has been permeated by innovative power and inventive spirit: textile as well as the chemical industry were or are at home here and even today Wuppertal, together with Solingen and Remscheid, is one of the economically strong regions of North Rhine-Westphalia.

Various industrial monuments, the imposing Wilhelminian villas of the Briller quarter and the Zoo quarter, but also today's rich cultural, art, leisure and shopping offerings testify to this.

Wuppertal also stands for the fast connection to the metropolises of Cologne, Düsseldorf and Essen, as well as for an absolutely green cityscape, because more than a third of the city area consists of parks, gardens and forests. The University of Wuppertal is also considered a magnet in the region.

The Wupper winds through the city area for over 20 km, whose slopes are forested or gently merge into the meadows and forests of the Bergisches Land.

Your new home is located on Wuppertal's southern heights in Wuppertal-Cronenberg.
