The residential complex consists of three multi-family houses (house north, east and south) each with 5 residential units and another part of the building (house west) in the style of a terraced house with 13 residential units. All building roofs are extensively greened and the terrace areas on the ground floor are mostly demarcated by planting hedges.
The north, east and south houses are each equipped with an elevator and direct access to the underground car park. The residents of Haus West can reach the underground car park via two separate entrances. In the basement of each house there is a bicycle room next to the cellar rooms belonging to the apartments.

The "Homeway" multimedia junction boxes planned for all living rooms offer a high level of flexibility when it comes to choosing how the room is to be used. Depending on the progress of construction, the buyer can influence the features of floors, tiles, electrical installation and sanitary amenities (possibly at a higher or lower price).
Ebermannstadt offers its approximately 7,000 inhabitants a high quality of life with various shops for daily needs and many restaurants.
