Project description

On the peaceful outskirts of Gernsheim, we’re creating 32 attractive terraced houses in a particularly quiet, traffic-calmed setting with plenty of green space.

Homes range in size from 128 m² to 139 m². All façades will be attractively planted with greenery following a dedicated landscaping concept.

Energy efficiency is at the heart of the Schöffergärten. Each house is equipped with a photovoltaic system and heated via a modern air-to-water heat pump that draws energy from sunlight—a renewable, sustainable source.

All homes are pre-equipped for electric vehicle charging, with two parking spaces per unit. Some homes also include a garage, depending on availability.
