On the Scheffelareal, we are building a climate-friendly residential property according to the Efficiency House 40 standard – already meeting the building requirements of the future. Heating is provided via eco-friendly heat pumps, and decentralized hot water supply is managed through heat exchangers in each apartment. Rooftop photovoltaic systems generate green electricity from solar energy. Green roofing reduces energy consumption and promotes biodiversity. Pre-installed connections for electric vehicle charging in the underground garage are included as standard.

Our sustainable construction approach qualifies for attractive KfW loans. Climate-friendly residential buildings are eligible for low-interest loans of €100,000 per unit through the KfW Bank.
